Charitable Gift Annuities

A Charitable Gift Annuity (a CGA) is a specialized account established as a gift to an organization. The donor, in exchange, receives an income for life from this account. (There may even be partial tax deductions on the donation!) Upon the donor’s passing, the remaining balance of the gift is received by the charity.

Because a CGA can be complicated by factors that influence the rate of the annuity—such as the donor’s age, the value of the donation, and interest rates—our team of planning professionals will analyze these factors together to create the best mutual benefit.

Our team will offer creative communications and marketing strategies to engage your audience in the understanding of this tool. It doesn’t have to be complex or confusing. In addition, our team offers administrative and reporting support for the details of the account so you can focus on donor relations.
