Education and Experience

Rebecca is an experienced human resources professional with over eight years of progressive experience in HR operations, compliance, and employee support across multiple organizations. Most recently, Rebecca served as an HR Coordinator with The Master Trades Group, where she managed employee records, coordinated onboarding activities, administered benefits, and supported performance management initiatives. In this role, she also assisted with the development and implementation of HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational standards.

Previously, Rebecca held roles as an HR Manager at ATI Performance Products and an HR Specialist with Securitas, gaining extensive experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, OSHA reporting, workers’ compensation administration, and advising managers on performance and compliance matters.
